Fantastic little place ! Must visit when around town. Went twice within a few days ! Tried a few pies, Sausage roll, chicken & Mayo foccacia, Caramel Slice & Melting Moment cookie !! We thoroughly enjoyed everything !! The pies were a standout !! All the girls are so incredibly welcoming, big shout out to Aysha for being extra amazing !

Gross. I’d be embarrassed if I was selling their food. Ham roll is yesterdays, bread is stale, tomato is slimy and the ham is grey, the pepper steak pie is flat and basically gravy with tiny pieces of shredded “meat” and after paying $15 for less than acceptable food, I won’t be going back.

It was hard to choose a bakery to stop at on our way through Oamaru. There are a few great options on Google maps. I'm glad we chose Delectables. The pies we purchased were amazing and had easily the best pastry ever. The south Island has consistently good pies and this is an example of the best. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. She made some excellent coffee, keep her on. If you're a pie tourist like me, this is...

Wow - what a delightful stop! Delectables really lives up to its name - hands down one of the best bakeries I’ve visited. I had a steak and caramelised onion pie which was phenomenal, as well as a cream donut which was honestly divine. I stopped speaking after my first bite because it was so soft and delicious. The perfect bakery lunch!!
