Comma Tea Takanini — Restaurant in Papakura

We always order our tea at Comma Tea Takanini. Usual orders are Grapefruit Slush and Pineapple Lemon Tea. Great customer service!! We usually order through uber. And we had issues with a delivery uber driver that left our order at a wrong address. We were helpless as the urber driver is not contactable so we also called Comma Tea team to check if they have any helpful details for us to reachout to the driver. Unfortunately both of us cant reach the driver. Comma tea team gave recommendations how to contact uber and even followed up with us by text asking how things are going. Thank you for the help guys. Blocked me & no delivery. Ordered the bubble tea from here, I spent around 40$. Waited for a while & nothing came I checked Uber Eats tracking says it came early. Was craving bubble tea and so thankful to find Comma Tea nearby and that it closes at 9pm daily! I love taro bubble tea so I ordered the Taro grand slam with 100% sweetness which was just under $10. It was great - loved it! Overall, I love the customer service, its located in a modern shopping complex with plenty of parking too.
