The girl at the counter is so rude and by far the worse customer service staff I have ever come across! I wanted to pick up a vegan sushi for a client so asked her if they had any. She mentioned they had a vege roll that she can do which is vegan. I asked her what is the difference between their vegetarian and vegan sushi and she got frustrated and actually asked me to go somewhere else. Unbelievable! Will never ever go there again or...

Food was good though I will not be back. One staff member was incredibly rude and it was evident she was grumpy and deflecting her attitude on to customers. Tone of voice, eye contact and eye movement, demeanor, and how she used equipment - such as slamming down the tongs in anger were very obvious.
