Subway — Restaurant in Rodney

I love subway, the food was great. however I was pushed to pay, before I'd even had a chance for the other girls to make my sub. There were plenty of staff a few customers. It was hard to find details of options for kids. Was a little upset I couldn't wait to watch my sub being made, or read the combo options myself. It was very hard to read the menus to see details of so many drink options. They have a self serve coffee machine, and soda machine, but also many other ready to take drinks on offer. My son's ended up being a quarter of a sub for $3.90, I was told it was an extra $6 to make it a meal! So just got the cookies, which are amazing. But I would have liked a chance to actually look at the options instead of being rushed through...

Most disrespectful service every seen so far. The lady name SAZIDA needs more manners on how to talk with the customer when working for a brand like subway, she is the 1st person to contact while you start ordering. The way she was shouting all the people ahead is horrible no manners. We where here for a falafel footlong, we asked her to put bit more cheese as after sub came from oven I hardly can see any cheese on it, a person who eat subway pretty much every 3 day, she shouted saying this is what you get in sub. If you want more we will charge you extra for sub. Like what nonsense. She could have conveyed this message in a polite way too. She needs more coaching on how to talk with customers. Upon entering and walking to counter there was one person before me, I saw the sign for vaccine passport .. no problem. Got to the counter for my turn lady rudely points to sign saying loudly VACCINE PASS, hmmm ok strange was to start.... A simple can I see you vaccine pass would be sufficient. 2 of the female staff were extremely rude, the young girl on the till was lovely. Heaps of salads missing when asking of they had other items available, was told NO obviously just what you see here. NO CUCUMBER, PICKLES, RED ONION and one more item. Wasn't the best experience sadly. You need to up your game, with the amount of people visiting your town a smile goes along was for returning customers. Take the grumpy ladies off...
