Domino's Pizza Mosgiel — Restaurant in South Island

I rang Domios Mosgiel. Jass was the person that answered the phone. Watching the League on sport. And yet made my delivery order. Got got an extra 2 sides. Got told by Jass that some of the sides available, we're not some of those sides as stated on the mailer. Towards the end. I let Jass know, that he can cancel the extra 2 sides that I had originally asked for. He never did. So I psip the extra $6.99. I eaw told by Jass, that, they ate very busy at the moment, and it would be 45mins before I receive my order. I told by Jass, that if I didn't like the timing of the delivery. I could go down there and pick it up. That would be alot quicker. So I stated, walking roughly 10 minute's, each way. That's why I had asked for delivery. It wasn't until I stated, the Domino's 20 min guarantee, plus I knew the owner by name. Finally got my order arrive about 23 mins later. Got charged for the extra two sides that I cancelled over the phone. So paid via EFTPS. The best part about the delivery. Received a voucher discount in the mail, and I decided to use it tonight Friday 630pm 22/08/2025 After ordering a 1x large pizza, and 1x 1.5 litre coke, I ordered my (FREE GOURMET PIZZA with any full price pizza purchase ONLINE ONLY)

However, my order online would not discount the gourmet pizza with the free voucher that was mailed to me

I rung Dominoes Mosgiel and staff said they would get the Manager. I explained to him that it would not accept the voucher, and it is only I alone, no one else had used it prior - that it would not work?

Manager was unhelpful, said voucher no good that he can't help and that it is also because it is an online order.... I said to him but the voucher is new, so are you telling me its no good? The Manager said yes its no good..... Communication with the Manager was quite difficult to understand. Basically I was told your voucher is no good, can't help you, no order for you

Ordered a pizza online, included my mobile number in the order. When I arrived to pick up the pizza staff told me they were out of one ingredient so had substituted it for Ham, without bothering to call and ask if that was ok. I felt they could have called to ask if I was ok with this substitution BEFORE I came and picked up the pizza- I don’t like ham and don’t usually eat it. Their suggestion was I could wait around and they could make a different pizza. I was exhausted and didn’t particularly want to wait around, so just accepted the pizza. It tasted awful, which I should have expected, and I wish I’d just asked for a refund and gone somewhere else. I really don’t understand why staff didn’t call me as soon as they realised they were out of one of the key ingredients of the pizza, to ask what substitution I would have been comfortable with. A lot of people don’t eat ham. Staff member upgraded my drink from a can to a 1.5L bottle to compensate, so am not giving one star. All in all a disappointing experience and I only ate two pieces of pizza as a result. Wouldn’t order...
