Spending the past 3 years eating semi-regularly at Ozan, it has been very pleasant watching the place become more and more popular as well as noticeable embellishments and additions, such as hiring a contingent of staff, that show that Hiram's business model and methods are working very well.

This is all built on one very simple and obvious principle, he makes the BEST kebab wraps of anywhere I've had anywhere in NZ, and I am DEADLY serious about this as they've always been one of my favourite foods. He REMEMBERS CUSTOMERS BY NAME even when months may have passed and has an impeccable and affable customer service manner.

Good meat, great falafel, fresh veges, and mostrously generous portions.

A very efficient team, order taken, and politely repeated back to me, this could have been that as it turned out I defo didn't need a large lamb wrap, let alone the large ( small according to my order..) portion of chips. Lamb wrap with a base of well cooked succulent sliced NZ lamb, and a very good 'salad' topping, well wrapped. Partners small Isklander (veggie one with plenty of falafel,) and a tasty mayo sauce was plenty big enough too. Orange and Apricot delight to finish..we were "well stuffed'. Total wait ( a steady stream of customers..) under the projected 10minutes. All in all a good value, fairly...

Absolutely terrible service tonight. Told half hour wait , finally got food when I spoke up at 58mins waiting . The wait was a inconvenience but the blatant lies pissed me right off , there was other people they were telling it was a 10min wait who would end up facing the same lies. It's cool your busy, but don't lie to your customers. Turn off delivery services when you get busy to prioritise your in store customers . I will second thinking coming to you next time I want Turkish. Left a very sour taste...
