Sushi Shop Prebbleton — Restaurant in South Island

I ordered via Uber Eats with over $60 dollars worth of food, and the delivery driver made a mistake and delivered my order to another customer with a mere single $7 rice ball order, and tried to deliver this to me (I recall this customer's name as Bradley - I hope you are reading this as there is no way that you wouldnt have known the order was incorrect). Order was then marked as completed on the app.

When I called to complain, the staff refused to put me through to a manager, and kept saying this is not their problem and I should get it solved by Uber Eats, and said they can remake it but I will have to go over to pick it up.

Totally unprofessional with no ownership, and the reason I paid the premium price to use Uber Eats in the first place was because I had a newborn and couldn't leave the house in the first place, so of course I couldnt go all the way there to pick it up?

young girl was really rude. I told her what I wanted & she seemed annoyed as she had to make a fresh one, which is advertised they can. I told her twice what I was after but when she started making the wrong thing & I let her know, she rolled her eyes & said “seriously” so I just said it was fine. walked out with half a sushi roll, made incorrectly, that I paid full price for. food is good but I left feeling like I was a nuisance for going in....
