Very poor customer service, the barista and counter staff are rude and could do with going on customer service training. After ordering our coffees my oat latte came out to strong for me, to bitter and not to the top of the cup. We spent $60 so I didn’t mind asking if I could please have a less strong coffee and that’s when we were told no, it’s your fault for not ordering a single shot. So I mentioned that’s probably correct but as we’ve spent $60 would they mind just making me another. ALL 4 staff behind the counter said no, one laughed at me and the others said it’s my fault!!! Omg the service was the worst I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. Eventually the owner came, I explained the situation and she said it was ok to make another cup but “next time ask for a single shot” was said sternly. Food nice but clearly the counter staff need firing for their behaviour, they are wild. No respect for customers so clearly they don’t have competition in the town otherwise they would go out of business.

I have stopped and eaten at this cafe many times, in my opinion a change in the cabinet food would be welcome as it is always the same. Another suggestion would be a counter for people who just want a takeaway coffee and/or food, I just wanted some food from the cabinet to takeaway last week, I had to queue with people ordering food to be eaten at the cafe and had about a 15 minute wait to just order a scone, not heated, not buttered, just put in a paper bag.....no...I had to be given a number and wait ??????? Why ? The scone was in front of me, I had paid ., I just wanted it put in a bag!!! Quite easy I would have thought. I will not be stopping at this cafe again for takeaway food, I was on my way to work , and ended up late.
