We ordered 8 pizzas and sides for a kids birthday party. It was delivered almost an hour late and by this point the kids were so hungry that we had to provide alternative food. I contacted the restaurant to lay a complaint, but was told the manager was "away" and there was nothing more they can do except provide a $10 voucher, which I didnt want as I never want to go to the store again. The staff were extremely rude and looked annoyed the whole time. No greeting, no eye contact — they just acted like they didn’t want to be there, and made you feel the same.
