Backyard cricket got a bit too serious. Six runs. Straight through the living room window. Wife: “You need to sort this out.” Me: “It’s just extra ventilation.” Wife: Already Googling glass repair.

Next thing I know, Roxy’s crew from Royal Glass rocks up like the cleanup squad after a backyard apocalypse. Fast, friendly, and didn’t even flinch at the cricket ball still embedded in the plasterboard.

They replaced the smashed pane like it was nothing, cleaned up the mess, and even managed to make my wife smile—which, given the circumstances, was nothing short of a miracle.

Now the window’s fixed, the wife’s calm, and Roxy’s team has been described as “professional, efficient, and just lovely” about 14 times this week.

So thanks, Roxy. You fixed the window, won the household over, and made me look even more like a muppet in comparison.

Locked down in Auckland for 4 months , I had a pool installed in My home in Coromandel. I had not seen the Instalment and was working of plans . Royal glass was 1 of 3 quotes which was very competitive. They made me promises which I can say , they are the only supplier / installer tradie that I have used this year ,kept to their word and made it happen , no COVID excuses . I managed to get to the site 1 day before installation and found 1 side of pool fence was not to plan . Royal glass chased around and rang me 6pm that night to inform me they had manage to source glass . The installers turned up Saturday morning , worked till dark and did a great job . Quality has not been compromised in any way . If in any doubt about their product do what I did and go visit their show room ....

Glass fencing / balustrade work completed earlier this year at Whangamata. Professional interaction from day one. They understood what we were after (a clean all glass look with no fixings visible) and they were able to provide us options with quotes inclusive of work in the coromandel. The quote was reasonable, and quite a bit less than the suppliers being offered by GJ. The only problem with was the communication from the builders when it came down to coordinating installation time. Luckily Royal glass were able to accommodate at short notice so our build had no delays.In summary we cant fault the team at Royal Glass and would recommend/use them again for future...
