Was ordering pizza through der website with Puff Crust but couldn’t do it, tried multiple times, everytime there was a pop up message add puff for $2 but was never able to add it, wasted 15 mins of my life on this. Decided to give them a call but only number was 0800 number which you can’t connect to Alexandra store. Get this checked mate. Tried multiple times and still the same. Was desperate to eat Puff pizza, decided to drove to the store to hear that we don’t have puff anymore. Are you kidding me man !! I have 2 advertising papers in my mailbox about Puff and online website was giving an option for that bloddy puff crust option.

First few times were amazing! Great service, very generous with their toppings etc. The past 4x going however has been total opposite - stingy on the toppings, you have to ask for triple pineapple to get a decent amount (the amount we were getting originally without having to pay and extra $6 for) and way way waaaaay too much tomato paste, every single time! Super disappointing. They started off great, and now they’re slacking and stingy on ingredients and expect you to pay extra just to get what you should be getting in the first place. Gutted. What...

Well I was back I'm in Alexandra I'll have pizza & a shake. 2 person in. I order give my name & wait. 7 new customers come in & order ( 1 was a big order) All 7 got their pizza more came in & went & asked about mine. My name was gone off screen. It was put on the delivery shelf. I asked why & where is my shake . Was handed pizza & told shake won't be a moment more customers coming in still no one is finishing off my order. In the end I got my money back for shake & walked out disappointed very disappointed. Not a good...
