Food; I had the pleasure of ordering a mocha, and after a quick conversation with the young lady that made the coffee that we liked our mocha's hot and strong - she delivered. We enjoyed some warm savories and a club sandwhich with chicken avocado and salad. After the savouries were eaten, we both shared a chocolate slice and a ginger slice which was sweet and crunchy. Service; The staff needed to be told twice, English not a strong point. Service however, is friendly. Cleanliness; Overall the place was generally clean, however, the toilet needs attention, when I used the facilities, it wasn't cleaned regularly. Overall it was a good breakfast, good coffee and price was mid-range and affordable. Tip; ; Only thing I recommend they do is to keep a roster in the toilet, so that it stays clean all of the time. Really great little FAST service Café. The bus from Hamilton to New Plymouth stopped here for a driver change. What an excellent choice! Staff were courteous and calm, but managed to serve everyone well in the limited time. I saw a sign for lemon, honey, and ginger tea which sounded delicious. I ordered one and it tasted even better than it sounded. Pleasant ambience and clean facilities. I was back on the bus before our stated leave time. ...

We'd been driving for a few hours and, because we were in a small town, we decided to stop for brunch/lunch. The employees were pleasant, but the meal was average at best.
