Absolutely horrible. Very expensive compared to similar places nearby. The young girl serving was as thick as pig excrement, I had to tell her my orders several times. The food was edible but that was it - the fish was bland, the chips boring and God the burger patty was that horrible processed meat that barely tasted like beef. The place has changed hands several times since I was last in there which was many years ago and the furniture is exactly the same. Everything was the same except the food was worse and much more expensive. You can't blame covid-19 or climate change for that - it's just bad management...

Firstly friendly and welcoming on the phone. Ready when said. First time trying this place tonight since moving home. It was average. Expected actual chicken in the chicken and bacon burger, like the picture on the website. It was just a chicken patty. Cheesy Weezy chips were ok. Twisted donut, very hard. WOW 🤩 New owners are doing Otaki proud - finally a fish and chip shop that consistently serves fish and chips cooked to perfection and the fish is fresh! We have ordered 3 times so far and every time the fish is beautifully cooked. Burgers are yummy too. Only negative is that the website doesn’t have a detail of what’s in burgers etc. but that is an easy fix. We are definitely regulars now we have found you. Keep up the...
