Great little spot for healthy food and drinks tucked away just a few minutes walk from the beach. The menu and cabinet food selections are all house made with high quality ingredients and with vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and keto options, so something for everyone. The shop is fairly small, so primarily focused on takeaways but there are a few tables available to enjoy the bright cozy atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

Edit: As a response to it being a Date Seed i've attached a photo of said rock. It seems to be a portion of concrete. Sometimes the service is great, but multiple times i've gotten sick from being given dairy milk instead of dairy-free. Also today i bought a Bounty Bite and there was a ROCK IN IT! I tried calling 5 times to no answer. Will stop going here. It's just a health risk at this point.

Ka pai mōrena from #tomthumb Cafe. This morning's breakfast spot, such a lovely little cafe, someone tried to turn it into a drive-thru. It's great to see the front window in place. Atmosphere was lovely with really ka pai music playing, sounds of a busy kitchen making all sorts of kai and Parāoa. Service was excellent, kai was absolutely delicious, kāwhe was perfect, I had two, lol.

Used to be such a favorite of mine, but now I go in and am super uncomfortable. They don't require Vaccine Passes - which means they need to follow certain regulations that cafes that require Vaccine Passes don't have to. One of these requirements is masked staff; however all of their staff is unmasked.

Such friendly and lovely staff, so I'm super disappointed they aren't prioritizing the health of their community. I just don't feel safe to eat there anymore. I won't be...

Beautiful food. Service was so friendly.

Two outdoor tables were great to sit in the sun, watch the friendly folk go about their life. The dogs were welcome outside..

This was my first visit upon a recommendation about the quality of their salads.

For breakfast we had the fried egg special, with vegan feta(which surprised me) and house made baked beans with a spicy kick..
