what exactly was happening ? as soon as I walked in for a cup of coffee, was asked to show the ID with reason that we have bar as well "its a condition of our license" what!! in N number of years of my hospitality career I never heard about such license condition!

and I am pretty sure the milk of the coffee, I got served was spoiled milk or left over milk from other coffees. when I asked nicely that it stinks then she said rudely "no it smells like a coffee should" rather than arguing there I requested to pour coffee in another coffee to takeaway then it took more than 5 minutes to pour the same coffee into another cup! Read moreThis would be the worst offhand, rude service we have struck. Hubby had a bacon and egg pie, which they microwaved, pastry chewy. Ordered an americano, got half a smallcup. Ordered a chicken and cranberry bun, got toasted, couldn't even cut it, took it back, where a guy argued with me, said I had asked for toasted, which I didn't, I told him it was burnt, unedable, he begrudgingly gave me another, which I said leave it cold.
