Mojo Featherston — Restaurant in Wellington

My first time eating here, I wasn’t aware Mojo had a food menu/small plates. I have opt to try a few dishes. The service was above standards from the store Manager Rosina and her team, it was fast with a friendly approach which felt inviting. The food is amazing!!! I ordered the following: Truffle Mushrooms Burrata salad from the small plates menu Garlic sautéed loaded potatoes (added eggs) Fresh apple juice Off camera I ordered a cookie and brownie for take away & a mocha. - Best brownies and mocha I highly recommend. Popped in here as other local places were super busy and this cafe wasn’t. The reason for the lack of customers soon became obvious. The initial service was prompt enough but everything was downhill from there. In spite of being quiet, our order of two hot drinks took nearly 15 minutes to arrive and a request for water, which is not readily available, was forgotten and appeared after 20 minutes following a second request.

I purchased an iced chocolate expecting not what I got, I got some milk mixed in with chocolate syprup and some ice and asked us to mix it ourself, when I asked the girl about how it was made she goes “that’s actually how we make iced chocolates here” I would expect a lot more from mojo coffee, and after I had asked the girl I could hear them all gossiping saying we were rude and they were talking and swearing and wasn’t a good look at all.
