Las veces anteriores los he calificado con 5, el domingo 27 de Julio al mediodía, pedimos Crostini Mediterráneo con salmón y nada q ver. Nunca me habían servido un Crostini en pan molde! Y lo peor q sin tostar! Ordenamos 2 Crostinis Mediterráneo con Salmón y 1 hamburguesa, se tardaron por lo menos una hora para servirnos. Y cuando me llevaron el "Crostini" en pan molde sin tostar, le pregunté al mesero q pq el Crostini en pan molde sin tostar....y me dice "asi es" cuando yo se q no es asi. Creo importante q los meseros tengan capacitación y mas importante la cocina se tome el tiempo para preparar los platos como son. Lo peor q invitamos a mi hermano con un gran entusiasmo de lo buena q era la comida. Al final, cuando le demostré al mesero como es un Crostini, me tomé el tiempo de buscarlo en Google, se llevo de regreso el "Crostini" y medio tostaron el pan. Creo q con toda esta explicación, ya tiene los detalles y recomendaciones para q tomen las necesarias medidas para asegurarse que sus clientes tengan siempre una buena experiencia cuando...
