El Canasto — Restaurant in Managua

Interesting approach for dining. First, you can order at each of the different restaurants. Similar to a food court process, but after ordering, you find a seat, and a server will bring your food to you. Another option is you simply find a table and order from a menu with all the different restaurants. Food, drinks, and sides. The server will place your order at each restaurant and will return with your bill. You pay separately for each shop, but it is all done from the table. Hamburgers, sushi, tacos, steak, sandwiches, salads, and all sorts of drinks, including wine and spirits. We ordered from the sushi shop and steak from the fuego place. All the food was delicious, and my puyazo steak was perfectly done with a wonderful fatty strip. Jalapeño sauce was not too spicy, and my vegetables were nicely roasted and fresh. Everything came quickly with no complaint about service. Seating was a bit of a challenge, but there are several locations to search. For a mall style ordering experience, the food had a definite upscale vibe. Nice place for those nights that you just don't know what to want. Neat little place...

Que lugar tan horrible... Mala atencion... me pidieron mi tarjeta de credito y no habia ni comido. . Me senti descriminado solo por mi apariencia...

Very elegant and modern design with a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Location is excellent, right at the new Managua Downtown (Jean Paul Genie and Galerias Area).

Huge fan of the burgers (best in the country) and loved the Sushi joint. Have heard great things about the Coffee; Want to try a couple more things soon. Very convinient options for Holiday Inn...
