Rating the food a 4 for small reasons. Happy that managua has good ramen now instead of maruchan. 1. Need a bigger spoon 2. Need more noodles 3. Have you thought of a softer pork belly. Besides that love the food truck park and service. Couple of tweaks but food was still 👏

Dropped in for lunch while my vehicle was being serviced. Amazing freshly prepared bao buns. So good! We will go back for sure. I like the gastropark concept and hope to return in an evening or on a weekend when all the vendors are open. There are many choices for food and beverages here so there's something for everyone. Japan Street was really good, clean...

¡Que deliciosa las Ramen! Probamos dos sopas ramen (shoyu de cerdo y costilla de res) y la mejor fue la de cerdo. La carne suavecita (se deshacía con los palillos), el huevo tierno, y el caldo espectacular. La porción es generosa, así que no hay riesgo de quedar con hambre. Los precios justos en comparación a la calidad de los platos. Entre 350 y 450 las sopas en este caso....
