The seats are wonderful. They are big and they recline, perfectly cozy for giant screen movie watching. The service is pretty good and quick! The waiters come when you push a button on the chair (sometimes... You might have to push a few times). The lobby on the other hand is reminiscent of North Korea's eerie facade. It is filled with loads of colorful seating, a ticket and snack booth and void of almost any life aside from a cleaning lady and ticket sales person. Since there is absolutely nothing remotely entertaining there, there is no reason to come early or linger afterwards, so all that seating is basically a waste. If there were some arcade games or any entertainment, I'm sure the theater would increase profits in their snack bar by loads and just be an attractive, more lively place to spend time. Open while being renovated, service was poor. They purposely charge higher exchange rate than what is current in the market, so I paid with $100 bill. They could not give me change. The service experience went down hill from there. While in the movie the girl did not even bother to ask if I wanted something. I wanted to order drinks. This was 2nd visit and worse of the 2.
