Ladies, take note... ask your man to take you here! Sweet, pleasent, quaint French style cafe atmosphere. Definitely designed with a woman's touch... Pink, white, chandeliers, pillows, lovely decore... think Barbie Dollhouse‐ish. Staff was very attentive, inviting, and friendly. With an eye for timing as we never waited long for assistance before, during, and at bill time. The menu appeared extensive for all meals of the day, although they lacked quiche options for our morning first meal. I opted for the vegetarian omelet and enjoyed a chocolate croissant pastry with coffee to start. Coffee was, of course, wonderful as I have yet to find any bad coffee in Nica. Ok, pastry... my wife had the cream filled choice with both our croissants having a delicate flacky crust and a delicious buttery puff pastry flavoring. The filling was creamy with just enough sweetness to balance the buttery layers. One knock for the density as it wasn't as light and aire as I like. The omelet and spinich filling were both tasty and savory with just a hint of a fancy wine reduction. Could swap out the canned mushrooms for fresh ones though. Side bread once again was as usual, a side of Nica bread shaped in a knot. Nice garlic butter spread to add a little spark of flavor. Also, the side bread had an odd little sweetness to it. Maybe it was the creamy butter spread? Enjoy a quiet, lovely little break from the day, ladies... and drag your man with you. You both deserve it. ...Back again for another lunch meal. My wife ordered a delightful, fresh salad with a mild yogurt dressing loaded with fruit, greens, chicken, and healthy portion of parmesan cheese. My club sandwich was especially tasty with its layered meats, tomatoes, cheese, and lettuce. Sandwiched between perfectly cross grilled white bread. Absolutely spectacular. No sé ni por donde empezar con la pésima experiencia que tuve con mi familia en este lugar. El menú estaba viejo, sucio y roto (era una hoja de papel bond) 2.Cuando entramos un área del espacio estaba en reparación, por lo que nos quedamos en la zona exterior cerca de la puerta (usualmente dejaría pasar este detalle) sin embargo, luego, la reparacion se trasladó hacia donde estábamos nosotros ubicados y se volvió muy incómodo con personas entrando y saliendo con escaleras... este tipo de reparaciones se deben de hacer de noche o cerrar el establecimiento para evitar incomodar a los clientes. La mesera sirvió mi plato, estaba a punto de darle el primer bocado cuando ella regresó y me lo quitó, diciéndome que no era el mio, después regresó por segunda vez y me dijo que la disculpara que si era y me lo volvio a servir. Los platos llegaron con mucho tiempo de diferencia de 10 a 15 minutos más o menos y cuando hacia falta solo uno, nos tuvimos que mover ya habiendo empezado a comer por la incomodidad ocasionada por la reparación Y LA GOTA QUE REBASÓ EL VASO: pedimos un omelette y llegó sin jamón, se lo notifocamos a la mesera y llevó el jamón a parte, luego quien se estaba comiendo el omelette se quejó de una textura rara en él, y luego sacó un pedazo de cuerda... no pudo ser del jamon porque no tenia, y tampoco tenía nada mas de carne como para ser de un chorizo... Le hicimos notar esto a la mesera y ofreció llevar otro pero esto sucedió ya cuando la persona casi acababa su plato, de modo que esa no era una opción para nosotros. Pagamos y pedimos excluir el servicio por la mala experiencia y cuando pasaron la tarjeta pudimos ver en la transacción que lo habían cobrado completo y no querian anular la transaccion. En fin, una experiencia desagradable e incomoda, el lugar es bonito, sí, tiene sus detalles pero el servicio deja demasiado que desear. NO...

Very nice place. Food is delicious and light. Prices are very affordable. I am only speaking about breakfast since that is the only thing I've tried in the last two times I've gone there. Customer service can definitely improve. They can be more polite and have a better training on soft skills. Urgency is key and we did not feel like it was implemented when requesting little things like a glass or bottle of water. That is what they are missing to get the 5 stars.
