Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ikeja

It's a great and lovely place to enjoy pizza. I found this particular domino outlet quite interesting. Though the place was very crowded when I first visited, arrgh, I had to squeeze myself in.

The atmosphere was great and and the ambience was okay. The sitting space is wide and the place is partitioned into two sections. One for signature ice cream and one for domino pizza. 🍕

It took a while to get my order served. The staffs were overall fast and quick to manage the crowd and attend to everyone accordingly. Of course they aren't robots or machine, I just had to wait because I could perfectly understand the situation they had at hand.

I couldn't find an easy accessibility means for entering the outlet, so it could also be a hard time for wheelchair users to access enter the restaurant. Hope it gets implemented sooner.

The parking space is also wide and and can contain lots of cars with security men on standby as well.

A good variety of toppings. I like that the different sizes are put on the wall so that customers can see before choosing. However, the customer service left much to be desired. I had a few questions due to the sheer number of toppings, but the attendant kept responding as if I was a bother to him.

The ice cream girls were even worse. I wanted just one scoop of just one ice-cream. The slides that'd normally show the prices were off, so I had to ask for the price. The same girl gave me 3 different prices for the same ice cream, which were all different to the prices indicated on all the physical posters. She kept changing her mind about the price, to the point that I had to ask what exactly the price was. I only bought it out of my desire to satisfy my ice cream craving, cos I didn't believe I was quoted the correct price. It was my first time ever in a Coldstone outlet, and with that service, I'm not sure I'd get ice cream from Coldstone again.

I ordered and paid, and at this point, I told myself that nothing could go wrong and boy was I mistaken. The man gave part of my order to another person, and as he was doing so, I kept saying, "Why are you giving my order to another person?" As usual, I was ignored until it was time for me to collect that is when he knew he had messed up. I had to wait for another 15 minutes, and part of me told me that he had given me the same pizza he went to collect from that man. No apology, nothing, and whether they are supervisors or management were there watching as this man messed up and said nothing to me. Another thing is why pay such a lot of money for baked bread with trickles of cheese when you can go to Old English and buy 10 loaves of bread and butter spread and give it out? As I mentioned before in one of my reviews, if not for my children, I would not bother wasting...
