Terrible hygiene especially during a PANDEMIC. First of all the servers wear branded cloth masks with worn straps so the masks slip from covering their noses often. Secondly There's a lot of chatter and movement and today shouting in the preparation area. High risk of saliva exiting the mouth. Thirdly, and this I think is the gravest issue. All employees have "disposable" rubber gloves on. They don't seem to ever take them off though. They do everything with these gloves on, from adjusting a belt buckle underneath the apron, to adjusting a drooping facemask(physically touching the outside of the masks) as I witnessed today. And the pizza as you know is hand made using same gloved hands. I get the impression dominos considers simply having the gloves on a fool proof solution to hand hygyiene. It was really uncomfortable to sit and watch food being prepared under these conditions. There is clearly a need for proper orientation here....
Read moreI walked in and asked for a menu. The lady at the till told me they haven't got menus. I subsequently ordered 2 large pizzas. A chicken pizza and a pepperoni pizza. She immediately told me it will be 18 000 Nigerian Naira. I've ordered family size pizzas at meny pizza outlets including Dominos pizza and I know the price of a pizza. It ranges from 4000 to 6000 for the family size. This lady decided to try and Rob me. I will not recommend this...
Read moreThe customer service here is broken, maybe it's because of the festivities, the attendants looks tired and you can tell, they won't answer me on time I have to raise my voice before one will attend to me.
Maybe they are under paid.
But the pizza is nice as always. Great environment, you can relax and watch a football match.
Good for couples and children.
