Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lagos State

I don’t know why this review is late cos I have always gone to Dominos pizza since Unilag days .

A few days ago. I recently went in to get a Pizza, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff.

I was supposed to make a transfer upstairs at cold stone and despite encountering a hiccup with the NIBBS system at the point of transfer, the team at Coldatone / Domino's handled the situation with professionalism.

Upon realizing the technical glitch, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, allowing me to sit and enjoy my meal while they sorted out the payment issue afterwards. Their understanding during this unexpected inconvenience truly made a difference in my dining experience.

Furthermore, I must commend the staff for their jovial demeanor throughout my visit. Despite the unexpected challenge, they remained cheerful and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel valued as a customer.

I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. First of all, their online ordering system was incredibly user-friendly and made customizing my pizza a breeze. Once I submitted my order, I was pleasantly surprised to receive text updates on the progress of my order and estimated delivery time.

When the pizza arrived, it was hot and fresh. The crust was perfectly crispy and the toppings were generous and delicious. I especially loved the robust tomato sauce and the gooey melted cheese. Even the garlic butter dipping sauce was a hit with my family.

great establishment . serves pizza with a wide variety of toppings and also allow you to order your pizza in half and half, allowing you mix two toppings on one pizza.

they also house Coldstome creamery at the upper floor of the same building. it has ample seating both with booths and open table seating maximisingnthe most of the open space.

it also has raised seats surrounding the pizza preparation area allowing you experience the pizza praparation process from start to finish.

you get to see when the dough is prepared. when it gets kneaded . adding of the sauces, the toppings and other items.

One con is that you have to buy a whole pizza as opposed to being able to buy just a slice, which is what obtains abroad.

On the positive side though, you can order online and the store runs promotions almost all the time.
