THE RM PLACE — Restaurant in Lagos State

I’ve been here twice and both times were lovely. It has different seating areas,the outdoor sections,semi indoor where the lighting is the brightest and I guess there’s another enclosed space. The outside gets filled up quickly as more people tend to prefer sitting outdoor cos it’s more private as there is little to no light there. They’ve also got the bar where you can sit while you watch the match or something. The foods are fairly priced and taste good ,just that the waiting time is long,maybe depending on whatever you place an order for. My fish and the burger I ordered took a while to arrive anyways,but it was nice. You can have your food packed if you can’t finish it right there. Music wasn’t that nice,I didn’t enjoy it as the DJ was just doing his own thing and wasn’t giving out good music. If you are on a date that you’ll need to have good conversation without shouting at the top of your voice, staying outdoor will be preferable as the speakers are a bit far to the seats or go to the other enclosed space (though I didn’t enter) Waitress was courteous enough while she served us all through. On the two occasions I was there, there was enough space for cars in their car park so one wouldn’t need to park outside the place

It was a sunny day and we were feeling adventurous. We decided to go to a restaurant that had a pool table and a delicious menu. We arrived there with our little cousins and friends, eager to have some fun and fill our tummies. But alas, the place was so crowded that we had to wait for a long time before we could order our food. We were so hungry that we could hear our stomachs growling. What could we do to pass the time and distract ourselves from the hunger pangs? We looked around and saw the pool table. It was calling our name. We grabbed some cues and balls and started to play. We divided ourselves into two teams and challenged each other to a friendly match. We had a blast, laughing and cheering and teasing each other. We forgot about our hunger for a while and enjoyed the game. We played pool until our food arrived, hot and fresh and mouth-watering. We thanked the waiter and rushed to our table. We devoured our food like hungry lions and felt satisfied and happy. We had a wonderful day at the restaurant with our little cousins and friends. We played pool and ate good food and made...

DO NOT VISIT THE RM PLACE, RAT INFESTATION AND WORST SERVICE EVER. Service gets 3 star because Judith’s a good girl (she’s attentive). See pictures.

This is an update on the review posted formerly. I have visited RM about 3 more times and same things still stands with a slight difference: THERE’S A CONGRESS OF RATS IN THE ESTABLISHMENT. A WHOLE FAMILY OF RATS WITH EXTENDED COUSINS AND GRANDPARENTS LIVE IN THE ESTABLISHMENT. I changed tables and that’s when we noticed it’s gotten worse. If you don’t believe me, ask Judith, she’s a new waitress, because I actively avoid Joke attending to me. DONT VISIT RM else you’ll get LASSAA FEVER. That’s all.

Down is the former review from last time. We got here by 8pm and our food wasn’t ready until about 2 hours later. A lady called Joke attended to us and her service was utterly despicable. Lights went out a total of 4 times which isn’t worthy of a place with such prices. The total number of people in the whole place isn’t up to 30 and yet the food and service was terrible.
