Lille Italia — Restaurant in Fredrikstad

Our company has helped the restaurant hire a chef to manage the restaurant. I've never encountered an owner quite like this before . It started with him asking for foreign labor like we hired an Italian chef, but then he demanded a lower fee from us. and after that the agreement was that he would pay an agreed amount on the day the candidate arrived, we made a quick process from an Italian chef to an Italian chef. Despite giving him the phone number of our candidate and expressing our confidence in him, he did not follow up. Our candidate approached his friend who is also our candidate. Further to that, I have yet to encounter anything similar. This individual went behind our backs and thought it was amusing, and believed that the company was obliged to provide him with free services and contact information. i have been informed that he does not pay wages according to Norwegian law to foreign chefs. I have some concerns regarding Chef Armando's legality as an Italian citizen in Norway. I was visiting family in the area and we decided to stop at lille Italia to eat lunch in the afternoon.The service was so warm and welcoming, the view was beautiful and most importantly the food was very tasty 😋-Authentically Italian! The restaurant has a very friendly atmosphere and I want to Thank the staff for making us feel so comfortable and being attentive . Both the manager of the restaurant and staff were happy to answer any questions we had about the menu-It felt like a VIP experience! The restaurant is the perfect 👌place to take the family or for a romantic date night for two as the view is picturesque! Newly opened Italian restaurant (15 of May 2022) with a lot of potential and really good communication. We went two times there already and it is getting organized, so some patience is required. They rectify their mistakes and wrong orders by not charging the guests... That is the new one and deserves full respect.
