Tre stuer Uni-k — Restaurant in Haugesund

My friend and I weren't warned that the coffee shop would close in 8 minutes, although we told the cashier that we wanted to take a table on the terrace. In the end, they took all the chairs and tables from the terrace and told us that we could stay inside. We ordered a latte and an iced latte with caramel. As a result, after a long wait, the waiter brought us two regular lattes in cardboard cups and said that the coffee shop made a mistake. I asked if they could fix the mistake and bring me my iced latte. To which the waiter told me that they had already closed the coffee machine. We decided to go to the cashier to get our money back and go somewhere else. But the woman at the cashier said that they wouldn't refund us our purchase, but they could make us another iced coffee (yes, but the coffee machine was closed before) and since they were closing the coffee shop, we could sit on the bench outside. We didn't come to your coffee shop to drink coffee from cardboard cups on a bench somewhere! And yes, you didn't have any information about opening hours on the door. (The cashier claimed that we should have checked the opening hours on the door, and it's not their job to warn customers that the place is closing in 8 minutes. Although they took a lot of orders after us, so how can we know that you'll be closing soon.) I understand that it was the end of the day and they most likely closed the cash register, which is why they didn't consider it necessary to return our money, but simply sent us outside. Delicious gluten-free food: waffles (savory and sweet options), sandwiches, cakes, and cupcakes. Cozy atmosphere, especially in the back room where it’s quieter. I stopped here twice for coffee and lunch. Staff are very friendly....
