No9 — Restaurant in Lillehammer

This Cafe & Boutique is by far the Best & Finest in Norway. Hilde the chef makes the best pastries , most delicious scones , pies and cakes. If you are truly lucky you will find Skoleboller ( a delicate sweet soft pillowy bread filled with a lovely vanilla custard surrounded with flaked coconut with a drizzle of lemon icing ) it is beyond the most delectable delicious yummy pastry!! Literally Drooling over their foods •*• Their Sandwiches are delicious and a lovely big portion! Come hungry here! Leave happy & FuLL;~} The Tunfiskrøre (tunafish open sandwich) is THE BEST TUNAFISH I have ever eaten! Hilde’s secret recipe is Divine! You must try !! Also try the rekesmørbrød ( delicious Norwegian baby shrimp open sandwich) not to be missed, the Norwegian baby shrimp are sweet firm not mushy but very tasty Norwegian shrimp! Many other options on the menu too

A wee & cozy cafè in the heart of Lillehammer. First impression when I entered was heartwarming interior and friendly/helpful Staff.

Their speciality was sandwiches. I went for a skagen one. It was delcious but the price didn't reflect the quality. Lack of taste in the Skagen salad. However the food was fresh and was pleasant for the mouth.

I finished it of with probably the best apple cake I have ever had, straight out...

Koselig og moderne kafe med butikkutsalg /eller butikk med kafe og kake servering. Hyggelig betjening, et par variasjoner med kaker og bakst - mye søtt å velge i. Gode kaker, og kaffen (Cappochinoen) er god. Men, to kaker og én kaffe tilsvarer rundt 180,- ish, noe som gjør at prisklassen for dette besøket er Moderat til dyr i pris. Ellers super atmosfære, anbefales for et koselig kafé besøk i sentrum av Lillehammer. De har også mye "kult, moderne og MYE flott -håndlaget-" til en passende pris på den kvaliteten varene er på, ergo: Mye fint å se, kjøpe og gi i gave :)

Nice place to visit, not far from the train and bus station. They serve coffee and cakes and the price are moderate. But, the shop sell a lot of interior and handmade stuff that are special and not to buy anywhere. Cozy atmosphere, and you can also sit outside and enjoy your coffee. I recommend to visit this...
