We ordered the hansik set for 2 and a kimchi fried rice. Reasonably priced and I think it could have fed 3-4 😅

DELICIOUS

We were greeted by such warm, welcoming smiles that it felt like coming home. Hankki K-MAT is a small, humble restaurant that offers homemade, quick, authentic Korean food with amazing taste and quality. We were offered warm tea while waiting for our food, which was ideal for a -10⁰C night, and then in less than 10 minutes, we took our food home. Tteokbokki had a rich sauce and tasted amazing, just like the japchae that looks so simple yet so filling and full of fresh vegetables. The dumplings with chicken tasted great, and the spring rolls heavenly. We come from the other side of Oslo, but 45 minutes to get there were more than worth it. The food here is amazing and definitely my go to for Korean in Oslo.

What really rocks it for me though is the owner's attention to the little things. I don't know them personally but had a brief conversation with them about credits earned on their old ordering platform and how I could use them before their migration to a new platform.

I didn't manage to use them before the last day but some time later on my next order I received several complimentary items to make up for the loss of my credits.

That was an extremely kind and generous gesture that made my week. Writing this review now cos I'm thinking of ordering Korean again and will definitely be ordering...
