This walk starts practically in center of the town, at the Grønland [T-bane] and goes up along the river Akerselva. On your way pay attention to small spooky figures when you pass by bridges. They are positioned so they are looking at passengers when the pass by. End of the walk is at Sannergata street, although you can go even up. During the day, whole park along the river side is friendly and filled with native folks running as well as tourists taking pictures, but at night.. you want to be with someone who knows this place. Just sayin' :) Overall, definitely take a look around...
