Love the concept and the fact that it is a proper functioning bicycle workshop during the day. This is really a fantastic idea in a great location and the Bar staff mix a mean cocktail with seasonal and local ingredients. The televising of the famous Bicycle Races (Tour de France, etc.) when these are running is fantastic. Stop here for a drink before dinner or a nice long lazy end to a night out.
