Update. Was about to order and two ladies from the staff basically ignored my existence totally, while looking at the cash register. Even if doing something on it it’s normal curtesy to greet or notice other people, perhaps say “We’ll be with you in a minute” and certainly if you know their intention is to make an order. Needless to say I left. “We don’t need customers, customers need us.”-type of vibe?. Onto Baker Hansen I go.

They have 4-5 employees working at the closing shift on a Friday 18.00ish. But the employee still shows to be rude to me with the strong voice pushing me to eat quickly or take away cuz she has to close the store. She should have been trained better to respect the customer and used a nicer voice. There were only 2-3 customers left and they have 4-5 employees. (The small Asian girl with the long hair). I ordered matcha, asked if it will sweet, they said no, after paying for the order she started making it with displeased face and aggressively said that the matcha is ready.
