I went there with my husband earlier today. It was quite crowd and noisy there, probably because it was a Saturday. But when we were ordering coffee and snacks. The staff spoke quite ambiguously, like, “do you want something…?” Impossible to hear what she said and we could not understand. But then the staff just shouted at us, “Do you want your food in a bag or a plate???”One word by one word, so loud that everyone started looking at us.

Quite shocked that your staff HELPS customers this way, and then the staff felt quite proud because smiled at her colleagues after she treated us poorly. I have no idea how people can behave like this, highly recommend you to change your staff. But yeah, if I can give your minus 1, I would. Sad that I still have to give...

Been there plenty of times in the past 5 years. Nice place, it is in the corner of the wall of the centre which gives you nice seating opportunities. But from time to time there are also people working there who either make fun of customers or put pop and hip hop music at intentionally high levels. Why would someone do that, impossible to say, but it works, in forcing customers to order take away and seat themselves out in the cold weather, on a busy friday afternoon, for 10 minutes, instead of seating inside at the warm locale. That's at least my weird interpretation. Otherwise there is a barista there with nice tattoos who makes excellent espresso drinks. Remembers my cortado as well 💯. Pretty...
