Agressive and rude staff. There is a lack of customer service at this store along with aggressive staff. I was yesterday night with my friends waiting for my order when another customer who was picking up an order asked if the order was ready and the staff (old woman with a tattoo in her neck) started yelling and insulting the customer. It clearly shows this agressive behaviour may be normal at her home environment but this should not be acceptable at work while making all customers around uncomfortable. As a customer watching this situation it felt super unprofessional and disgusting. Higiene is also not the best at this store, tables are always dirty and staff do not wear gloves. Having many McDonalds and discounted delivery options around I honestly wouldn’t recommend you...

Expect when you order from this location at least a missing or wrong item. Ordering the “A Minecraft Movie” meal has left me missing the collectible for two menus, the process of getting them has taken over 3 hours. The restaurant does not communicate with couriers or delivery companies. This restaurant is terribly managed and leaves a lot of room for improvement in every single facet of what it means to be a restaurant.
