We (Dad, mum & myself) had lunch at Aagraham on the 7th of July, 2024. We had a flavorful delicious meal and it was very satisfying. However, there were very minute things we weren't aware of. Firstly, we were offered Sambaram. We never asked for it! The waiter just came and kept it on our table and left. So we thought oh okay it must be a complimentary item. But, we were charged for it in the bill (0.150/- pp). Also, we ordered 3 fish thali. Food really tasted yum..!! But again, there was a small issue. Probably due to miscommunication. We weren't given any menu so we didn't know the price and what all were included in the thaali. Along with the thaali we were given fish fry too. Usually if it's a big fish or one whole fish we would assume that it costs extra. But here we got a very very small piece (extremely small). Even joining the 3 fish pieces served to us, it wouldn't count to one whole fish (that small it was). So we believed that was also included in the meal. Whereas, OMR 1/- was charged for that individually so in total RO 3 for that small piece. We felt cheated on that! We wouldn't mind being charged for it but for the portion they served us, that was so not worth! What we expected to finish in OMR 3 in total, ended up with a bill of RO 6.900/-.
Apart from the sambaram & fish fry experience we truly loved everything about their food..!! And will surely go again but will certainly make sure that we...
Read moreI recently dined at Aagraham Restaurant in Ruwi, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience overall. Despite the good service provided, the quality of the food did not meet expectations, and the prices were unreasonably high.
The food at Aagraham Restaurant was subpar, lacking in flavor and freshness. It was evident that little attention was given to the preparation and presentation of the dishes. This was particularly disheartening considering the reputation the restaurant seemed to have.
Moreover, the prices were exorbitant for the quality of food offered. It felt like paying a premium for mediocrity, which was quite disconcerting. The disparity between the cost and the quality of the dining experience was glaringly obvious.
On a positive note, the service at Aagraham Restaurant was commendable. The staff members were polite, attentive, and professional throughout the meal. However, good service alone cannot compensate for the disappointing culinary experience and high expenses incurred.
In conclusion, I regret to say that I cannot recommend Aagraham Restaurant in Ruwi based on my recent visit. While the service was notable, the substandard food quality and inflated prices overshadowed any positive aspects of the...
