Copper Chimney — Restaurant in Muscat

This is so heart wrenching that the restaurant is publicly serving alcohol and not bothered to mention in their menu, which itself is a mistrust for rhe customers who try to avoid such restaurant. My family visited the restaurant from Al hail to ruwi to enjoy our family dinner but to our worst luck, our next table a man was served alcohol due to which my mother was so uncomfortable and we had to leave the restaurant immediately and the management cunningly charged us for the food that we ordered 5 minutes earlier without cancelling. Rather having some humility they didn't bother to provide us a better place but did their business selfishly.

I advise the manager to mention the alcohol in their menu to avoid such situation with customers who are Conservative Muslims like us.

I recommend Conservative Muslims to avoid this restaurant which have no business ethics and no safe haven for family dining.

I visited this restaurant after seeing it recently gaining attention on social media. It’s an old, well-known spot with a solid reputation, which made me curious to give it a try.

Honestly, the experience didn’t meet my expectations. We ordered several dishes — the food was acceptable, but nothing stood out or made me say “wow.” It wasn’t bad, but definitely not remarkable.

Also, I may be detail-oriented, but the air freshener inside the restaurant was overwhelmingly strong and quite distracting, which made the atmosphere less comfortable.

In addition to that, parking was a hassle — not because of traffic, but because the surrounding buildings have placed barriers that block most parking spots. It made the visit inconvenient before even walking in.
