Tuscany, located inside the Grand Hyatt Muscat, is a cozy and elegant Italian restaurant run by Chef Giuseppe Lioce. If you're looking for real Italian food in Muscat, this is definitely the place to go.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. There’s even an open kitchen with a wood-fired oven, which makes the experience feel even more authentic.

Chef Giuseppe is originally from Italy, and you can really taste it in the food and the fresh ingredients. The menu includes traditional and flavorful dishes like parmigiana, wood-fired pizzas and different pastas. The desserts are also delicious – especially the tiramisu!

The staff is very welcoming and extremely attentive during the entire experience. I think Tuscany is the closest you can get to eating in Italy without leaving Oman. Chef Giuseppe is well known for his passion and skill, and it really shows in every dish. One of my best dining experiences.
