Skydine Revolving Restaurant — Restaurant in Chaklala Cantonment

Best food of my life. Ordered BBQ chicken. One word- outstanding. Had Chinese food the other day at Giyanki Restaurant of Bahria so I ordered same menu at Skydine. I never had such a delicious meal. I had the same feeling of taste as it was in the English movie Ratatouille that is about a mouse who is chef. Best part is not only the view for my Facebook page but it is the event hall. The owner surprised me by giving such rich menu with so reasonable prices. The best part is that a chef is deputed for each event who cooks for you especially. I have requested the management to please maintain such high standard of food and I am sure that very soon it will turn out to be the best restaurant of Pakistan. I am too satisfied with taste vis a vis the reasonable rate. I order now from home different menus and are trying all dishes. I have told them if I get disappointed once I shall write. It's been five times that I had food there with completely different menus every time and had best taste. I delayed my comments as I wanted to be sure that the food is really good. It was the first experience here and was pretty average. Labenese kebabs were okay (not authentic Labenese) mutton karahi tasted good but had a few pieces not fully cooked, fish and chips served with side veggies was really good. The restaurant is good, service is okayish but its not a comfortable place if you have to sit and wait for your dinner to be served and then have it while enjoying it. The noise there and the music was too loud to have dinner in peace. Complained twice, the first time they turned the volume down just a bit and then again it was all too noisy for all of us. Complained again and the waiter just changed the music to somewhat better selection than the cheesy one before but it was as loud as before. My family was pretty irritated with that. Asked for lemonade and kept waiting. After a while, I had to ask a waiter about it and came to know that they dint have lemonade and only cans could be served. We said okay bring those at least. Then the waiter came with lemonades. 🙄 Similarly, had to ask for bill thrice. It could be a one time average...

I went there for dinner with my family on the recommendation of my friend who had visited Skydine Revolving Restaurant previously.

The top half of the restaurant actually revolves. Initially i got scared and thought an earthquake was happening. But then my sister told me that its the restaurant which is revolving.

Its a peaceful place located at Civic center, Bahria Town, phase 4.

The staff was cooperative. The food was served in time and the order was complete.

We order their Chicken Mushroom Steak, Beef Chilli Dry & Tarragon Fish. The food was delicious. Properly cooked, tasty and warm.

The only drawback from the entire experience was that they did not have heaters. And although it was an indoor setup, it was still cold since it was January. But the staff informed me that they have order the heaters and they will be here within a week.
