Imperial Court Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Karachi Division

This is perhaps one of the only pakistani chinese restaurant which has been in the business for so many years now and yet still has managed to maintain the taste and ambience.

Parking is no issue and you may park right outside on the road within few meters of the restaurant.

Upon entering, you are welcomed by smiling staff and a very pleasant mood uplifting ambience and lighting which gives a feeling of calmness and the cherry on top is the music which further increases the excitement.

Next up is the food itself, which shouts the quality of the ingredients and freshness. The soups are well balanced in terms of taste and spices and blends perfectly with the prawn crackers which are aerved with mint and chilli sauces.

The main course is usually served with 10-15 minutes of the appetisers and is served warm and fresh.

I highly recommend their Cherry chicken which is blend of perfectly mixed spices and aroma. American chopsuey is another dish which is another example of ingredients blended together in a form of a master piece. The taste is amazing and this place is one of those places where you would never notice anybody around you complaining regarding service, taste or overall ambience, its almost always perfect.

All in all , a very good place to go with kids, colleagues or friends as they have a huge variety of menu to choose from.

Wife said i wouldn't eat ghar ka khana today as you have got your new appointment so opted for Imperial Court Chinese today. Had heard they are one of the oldest in Karachi when it comes to Chinese so was a bit anxious too regarding taste and no doubt it didn't disappoint.

One of the most classy thing was the ambient oriental atmosphere that they have made (reminiscent of early 90s) plus the calm and quiet one needs while eating

Coming to the food it was good (a mix of desi and extreme Chinese)

We ordered Chicken Hot n Sour Soup (red) and their deal 3 (consisting of egg fried rice, Chicken Manchurian and 1 pc Fried Chicken Drumstick) alongwith pepsi. Soup is served with complimentary fish crackers (common to all Chinese restaurants these days)

One of the oldest among many Chinese restaurants in the area with above average food, service, and hygiene. The location is great, off the famous Tariq Road yet away from all the hussle and bustle so you can enjoy your food in a very quiet environment with updated modern ambiance, good choice of vast menu and get the value for your money. It may not be a high class eatery but you won't be disappointed with the quality or the quantity of the food. They'll always serve you fresh food in good portion to feed your hungry tummy.
