etcetera | Rooftop Restaurant — Restaurant in Karachi Division

I came to thia place with very high hopes, I had seen the pictures on google and they looked perfect for a lunch or dinner, expected very nice and cozy environment with the waiters to accommodate, when I got there, there was a very young and only server there at the lunch time. The chairs and cleanliness was in very bad state and washroom unusable. Food quality was quite ordinary, even though it came on time and was way cheaper than the cost of any other restaurants in the area, but the portion size was smaller and sides were totally bland and without any spice even salt. Being able to see the sky was a good experience so these stars for that experience. I hope this place work on their taste and basic things like responsive staff and not underage runner. I wish I could give this place zero stars. Our dinner here was an absolute disaster. We ordered BBQ, expecting a nice meal, but what we got was cold, raw, and inedible food. The chicken tikka was still pink in the middle—an obvious health hazard that could cause salmonella.

To make matters worse, the service was painfully slow. Our food arrived 1.5 hours after ordering, and when it finally did, it was under-cooked and completely lacking seasoning. We were a group of guests, but no one could eat because the food was just not safe or appetizing. Everyone ended up leaving without eating, completely ruining our evening.

RoofTop Dine-In in Karachi is Luxury but this place Etcetera is Love 😍😘 The Food is Superb and The Price of any meal is Soo low cost in this time so hats off to team Etcetera.
