Mirchili — Restaurant in Karachi Division

I am a regular customer of mirchili but since past 4 weeks I didn't visited them due to their bad service as asking for money against everything even for ice and salt. Yesterday I went there for dosa which I always eat. The quantity of amber was half of the small bowl and cold I asked him to get it filled properly as if I would have asked them again for it they would have charged me for an extra serving. How ever the server bought it to me again after 10 min and guess was it was cold. I asked the server to get me a hot one but again he bought me a mild warm bowl of sambar after 10 mins the doaa was already cold.

At the time of billing I informed them about my reservation they were least bother to listen to me. Just becoz I was a reg customer.

I waited for the manager faizan who for some reason was not coming on the counter. After 30 mins of wait he came and I raised my complaint. I was extremely angry for such behavior. To my surprise he was telling me that there are no charges no matter how many times you get the refill. Where as previously the waiters charged me for it when I quoted that I even paid for the ice so he was amazed he even asked me for giving me a refund but I refused as I consumed the food already.

I swear this is the worst kind of experience. I will not recommend anyone for visiting radar branch as the staff and the services are below average. Don't waster your money

They took my number that the head office will call you but till now I didn't get any call. Of course that card must be in trash now....

Condition of this place: Good place , ample amount of seating, indoor seating with AC. Fine atmosphere. Highchairs available, did not see. Single person eating space also not available. Wheelchair not accessible , stairs. Good environment. Good experience. Cool vibes. Washroom / Restroom available.

Service: Cash & Card Payment. Per person budget is around 400+. Vegetarian friendly. Good experience here. Waiters/Servers well trained, Courtesy Expect. Good hospitality. Service & time looked fine not in rush time. Takeaway available but no drive-through available.

Taste & Quality: Taste is good. Quantity per plate looked fine too. Channa Chatt, good taste. Gol Gappay, good taste. Fresh Lime looked artificial in taste.

Reachability: Main road. Plenty of hustle and bustle in the vicinity. You will see it easily on maps and Sign board.

Courtesy: Experience was good here.

Pricing: little bit expensive side but worth it.

Parking: Available on road. No dedicated spot, Valet service did not see.
