Pathetic customer service a guy called Amjad who was an order taker was extremely rude. When food was ordered he didn’t tell me that it will take 1 hour and 45 minutes to deliver. Upon following up on the call he cut my 17 times. His response was i cant hear you. Restaurant is busy i can’t deliver. I will only deliver when the food is ready and he cut my call 5 times without listening to me

When a rider reached after 1 hour and 45 mints i denied to pay him and i said MONEY IS NOT READY PLZ COME BACK TO COLLECT ONCE READY

HIs owner Shafiq saab was called but nothing happened and he said “Ainda nahi hoga”

I would strongly recommend to order food very carefully and make sure you ask the preparation time before you placed an order

July 22, 24. I tried their BBQ platter, beef bihari boti, boneless handi, kalwanji naan. Rates are higher than other eatries but the taste is pretty good. The family hall is in shambles with one working air-conditioner and a couple of rotating fans which don't really cool down the hall. The washroom is out of order so you now have to go down stairs to a bad but operational washroom. So the summary is good taste, poor ambiance, below average service and higher than average rates. And they don't have Pakistani drinks or water. Only drinks available are from the genocide guys so please...

Food is not bad at all. From rolls to wraps to BBQ and other entrees are good, and you can definitely order few more times until it stops being cute, and you tend to move on to something else. Bihari Beef kabab rolls and the entrée are good, a bit on the mushy side but maybe as a suggestion, some chopped up onions in a little bag with green peppers as garnish would have made all the difference.
