Thalii Restaurant — Restaurant in Lahore Cantonment Tehsil

Recently had a chance to dine in at Thalii Restaurant DHA H Block Market. First of all i must appreciate their manager who happened to be a nice guy and helped us in choosing from menu according to our taste and mood. We ordered 1 chinese thalii, 1 mix grill platter, 1 chicken makhni handi and 1 small pizza. While the food was getting prepared, explored the restaurant space. They have two dine in spaces. One is for smokers while the other one is for non-smokers. Really liked the ambiance of the latter one, a hall with a capacity of 45-50 people. Ideal for small events like birthday. Food served and our first impression was good. Chinese was served in brass type thali not some cheap plastic one, which i really liked and appreciated as well. Thalii had chicken chilli dry, chicken shashlik, egg fried rice and sauce. All items were quite good. And quantity was more than enough for one person. I personally liked chili dry more. Coming to mix grill platter, it had chicken kebab, sheesh tauq, malai boti, gola kebab, wings and chicken piece. Loved the sheesh tauq and gola kebab. Malai boti was fine while kebab were okayish. Chicken piece felt bit dry and could be improved. On the other hand, Makhni handi was spot on. Had to admire the naans they served which were awesome. But the surprise of the night was their pizza. It had way more cheese than the usual small size pizzas. Plus taste was quite good as well. In dessert we ordered their kheer thuthi which was good. And kahwa was served as...

Few days back we had a chance to try Thali Restaurant at DHA.

First of all loved their ambiance. It's a small cosy restaurant located at the heart of DHA i-e H block with good sitting area

The Overall food was good and if I have to spot the best, it was kebabs & Makhni Handi. The best of all what we get. Kebabs were amazingly juicy and soft.

Tandoori handi was good, however I would suggest to ask for a bit more spice touch into it for better kick when anyone's order, Malai boti was soft and shish taouk had a good smoky flavor.

Naans were crispy and fresh. The only thing I think they need imrpovement is their Salad which we comunicated to...

I am in love with these beautiful THALIS by Thalii Restaurant . The presentation of food in a beautiful THALIS is not only Extraordinary but Pocket Friendly. ....... We have taste Thali No. 12 Consisting Mutton Karahi, 2 Seekh Kabab, Raita, Salad and Naan. The taste was very superb and price of this THAlI is 750. Enough for a person. ......... Thali No. 9 include Mutton White Karahi, 1 Seekh Kabab, Raita, Salad and Naan in just Rs.750. ........ Thali No. 3 consisting Tawa Chicken, 2 Afghani Boti, Raita, Salad and Naan in just 550... ........ We have also taste Mutton Chops. 2 pieces in 875. The Naan was very amazing .....
