So I went here a few days ago at a company dinner and I must say.. It was a pretty subpar if not worst experience ever. The food was absolutely of bad quality and standard. The ambience was good and the service was mediocre. To break down what we ordered and our experience:

We had ordered the prawn tempura appetizers, The prawns were old and were not refrigerated hence, the God awful smell and blandness, Not only that but the Chef had not cleaned and prepared the prawns properly (had not taken out the poop cute vein from them) and in my first bite, my mouth was filled with prawn feces, it smelled exactly like it tasted.. I'll let you imagine how it was.

We also ordered mutton handi, the meat was tough, a bit raw and the taste was bland as well. the handi was left untouched for the most part cuz of that.

We had ordered steaks, a few of us unfortunate enough to had ordered well done steaks had to chew on a leather boot sole of a steak with mashed potatoes that were as tasteless as dry wall mix and could be used to patch holes in the wall. The medium rare steak we had ordered came out as well done and when inquired from the waiter. They were as clueless as a baby about it.

We had also ordered pizza, topped like they were rationing toppings, it was served to us. The bread albeit soft, was dry and the pizza lacked even the basic toppings such as cheese to help wash it down, apart from a few slices, the pizza was also left untouched.

The BBQ platter was the only thing they had managed not to screw up so Kudos to them for that? I guess..

TL;DR Food was dog water Service was mediocre Ambience was...

We were a family group of five persons. Went to KC Grill for lunch.

Found the restaurant neat, clean, great ambiance, beautifully done up, comfortable and smart seating.

The biggest let down was the service. We were the only occupied table and it was difficult to catch the attention of the serving staff. After they placed the menus we kept looking around for someone to come and take our drinks and starters order. They took very long to bring the two starters..... dynamite prawns and Thai beef salad. They were brought with a gap of some minutes and without serving spoons. The cutlery was in thick brown paper long envelopes and each one of us had mismatched forks.....from a dessert fork, to dinner fork to fish fork. ( Picture attached ) The rest of our group was satisfied with their entrée orders but the two Khao suey was below average.....there was no fried onions served with it but there were 4 slivers of probably half a garlic clove. I was very disappointed.

Only 2 desserts were available on the menu and those weren't to our liking. We were offered complimentary green tea that we declined.

One family member uses the washroom and pointed out there were no paper towels.

Just went to KC Grill f8 islamabad. Had ordered takeaway previously and liked the food although high prices. Today we decided to dine in and had to wait 20 minutes for a table. Staff from start seemed very uninterested in seating us or even asking us about table details which we had to inquire ourselves. After long wait we were seated and we had to call twice for waiter to please come take our order. An hour passed and food finally arrived. They gave 4 plates to a family of 5 without napkins and sauces and olive oil etc with pizza. Pizza was stone cold and they forgot to give out starters of wings as well as our drink. We called the head waiter and told him abt this. Uninterested, he listened and without any comforting he walked away. Unprofessional attitude. Then arrived our tikka which was supposed to be chest but wasn't. Waiter expected us to eat wrong order. He went to change it and still our drink had not arrived as well as no 5th plate. Head waiter still Uninterested to which finally when we called him again he still gave dry reply.this was the last straw and we walked out of the restaurant. Would not recommend to anyone and hope their upper management...
