I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this pizza place that I feel compelled to share. From start to finish, my visit was a series of letdowns that culminated in the worst pizza I have ever encountered.
First and foremost, the dough was completely raw. When I took my first bite, I was immediately taken aback by the uncooked, doughy texture. It was not just undercooked; it was as if it had been barely warmed. Eating raw dough is not only unpleasant but also a health concern, and it was clear that this pizza had not been properly prepared.
In addition to the dough, the overall quality of the pizza was subpar. The toppings and cheese were sparse and did little to improve the situation. Despite being hungry and excited for a meal, we found ourselves unable to eat more than a few bites. As proof of this terrible experience, you can see from the photo below that we left the majority of the pizza uneaten, picking off only small amounts of cheese and toppings.
The service did not help salvage the experience either. Despite bringing the issue to the staff's attention, there was no effort made to correct the problem or offer a solution. The lack of care and attention to customer satisfaction was evident, and it left us feeling unheard and frustrated.
I strongly advise against dining at this establishment. With so many better options available, there is no reason to waste your time and money here. I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I feel it is important to warn others about my experience. Dining out should be a pleasant and enjoyable experience, and this was anything but that.
If you value quality food and good service, please consider other pizza places in the area. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone. It was an utter disappointment from start to finish, and I sincerely hope that the management takes steps to address these issues so that no other customers have to endure what we did....

Trees relying ambiance with twinkling lights hanging on branches, Music is giving its on Tarka in all the scenario, and surrounded by "tar tar ar tar of people" and that "tar tar tar of few of respected ladies is so high that it was overcoming the loud sound of "Sami meri waar men waari men waarian di sami-e". I was taken to this place by a couple of my friends. Upon arriving the long wait for a table suggested that the food must be rather good since people are willing to waste 40 mins of their lives for a table.
After a rather long wait we shown to our table. which seemed to be put together is a rush, as we were only a foot or so away from the road. The only thing remotely eye catching about the whole thing was a bottle of hand sanitizer on the table.
The menu was quite limited, but fitting the overall theme of the place. I was quite taken back by the limited tea menu for a place of "Handcrafted Teas and Eats". As far as the service goes, it was below par. The staff were somewhat agitated and grim. And the very thought of professionalism and good service seems appalling to them. One particular staff member was rather proud of his three months of service at the established and considered himself quite an expert at what and how to order, as according to him we were wrong (I still don't why or what I was wrong about?).
The food was served in time. The Papri Chat and Bhel Puri was nothing out of the ordinary considering it's very difficult to screw them up. The Walnut Halwa tasted like came out of a box rather than prepared in their kitchen.
Now for the Pièce De Résistance, the Chaye. It was served in some kind of shot glasses, which were very difficult to pick and drink out of because of the hot beverage inside it and lack of a handel. They need to realize why tea has been served in cups and not shot glasses for centuries. The Chaye itself tasted like it has been brewing since the dawn of ages.
Overall the place serves you overpriced sub par food that you can enjoy (or not enjoy) to the sound of traffic while sitting on the crowded walkways...
