Absolutely crappy experience in this branch. We ordered 2 omelettes 1 burnt egg and 2 coffees. We specifically told the cashier to tell them to make it NONE SPICY Because the kids both under 5, don't eat spicy. Once we received it, it was so spicy because of some oil on top and the omelette had red chillis inside, the kids couldn't eat it. Upon complaining the staff was LAUGHING and looking at each other and saying this is how those items are. I said we specifically asked to make it NONE SPICY at least if you make a mistake you can not say something like we're sorry for the inconvenience and it was our mistake or offer something on the house for spoiling our breakfast? He just looked away and continued to take the payment. I never experienced such incompetence and rudeness of any staff in such established places. We are regular customers of burning brownie in Bahria phase 7 and love the coffee and everytime we ask to have the omelette none spicy, we get it. this is absolutely not exceptable and you guys spoiled it for us. Never...

Hazelnut Caramel Bar RS. 450/- one of favourite from here. This has the most texture something which is loved in desserts. An outer encasing of chocolate studded with hazelnuts unravels a layer each of chocolate sponge, praline, chocolate mousse and a thin bed of salted caramel. Crunchy crackly exterior opens into a world of different flavorful components to instantly make you fall in love with this 10/10.Combo salad RS. 750/-. Literally an entire meal because of the maganimous serving! Al lovely combination of all in one from grapes, apples, potatoes, bell peppers, sun dried tomatoes to peanuts, walnuts, beef and chicken. A toss in there appstising dressing completes the srumptions dumb of ingredient that could potentially go in a salad. I would get this all the...
Read moreMy wife and I had some time to spare and decided to visit Burning Brownie at Central Park, DHA 2. We ended up spending around 2 hours here, enjoying a relaxed afternoon. The ambience was charming, with comfortable seating that made it easy for us to unwind and chat.
The menu, though not extensive, offered a satisfying variety of items. It would be even better if they expanded it by including more fusion options, perhaps some desi and western combinations like burritos or wraps, to cater to a broader palate.
One of the standout aspects of the visit was the courteous and attentive staff. It was a Sunday afternoon but the café wasn’t too crowded, which added to the overall calm and pleasant vibe. The décor and artwork around the café were eye-catching and complemented the overall atmosphere.
All in all, we had a lovely experience. Keep up the good work, and we look forward to seeing even more exciting additions to the menu...
