I mean, it's both a hotel restaurant and a mall restaurant, so you shouldn't be expecting subtle artistry. But I've never received a salad with so much rotten lettuce in it. (They did comp it, but still). And the sushi menu leans so heavily on smoked salmon and fried things that i suspect the supply chain just can't accommodate proper sushi.
