TGI Fridays | El Dorado — Restaurant in Bethania

SO DISAPPOINTED. We're staying at attached hotel for a week and I was looking forward to eating here a few times. We really enjoyed it in Jan 2023. Went for dinner tonight. First the waitress acted like she didn't want to be there and it was a chore to serve us. Stood over us, pressuring us to order w/o being able to look at menu. I got my dinner. I ate my dinner and my husband still hadn't rec'd his dinner after asking a few times and they kept saying a minute and then just avoided us. We asked for a manager twice and never got to see one. We finally got his dinner and asked for it to be packed to go. Didn't even get offered a discount. Guess we won't be back at all this week, certainly not for our anniversary...

Nice although pricey & excessive. We go often actually and like the happy hour. But to be able to each swallow a full meal there, one has to starve the whole day to finish most plates. The prices are a bit high considering it is mostly fried and not terribly healthy and the portions of full meals (not entrees/apperitives) is too much to gulp down in one visit. I would rather have a smaller portion at a lower price than pay so much for something I cannot finish. Then again, in Panama excessive prices have become a way to weed out unwanted...

We had a complimentary $20 deductible from country inn for our lunch and dinner so we only need to pay the excess for our meals. Only to know at checkout that the extra we've been paying directly at Friday's was not deducted and was counted by the Friday's staff as tip. Funny thing was that we were being directly asked for tip after we paid...
