Cocina Rica — Restaurant in David

Three years ago I gave this restaurant 4 stars because we had eaten well there. Now, in 2021, the administration and staff has apparently changed and the quality has dropped seriously. While the cakes and tarts are still good, we had a "lasagna" that left us both with heartburn. It was a mushy piece of pasta with a not well definable filling that had just been taken from the freezer to the microwave and was hard like overheated and then left hardening cheese on some places and still cold in some parts of it.
