My wife and I had lunch at C-ntral at 2pm on a Saturday. The place was two thirds full, and we were seated right away. The server was attentive, and we quickly ordered. The food didn't take long to arrive, and the service continued to be very good.

We each had one of the specials of the day, fried fish with sides of rice, macaroni salad, and beans. The food was good, not great, and the portions were sizeable, especially considering the price of this special was $4.75.
